Company Growth Must Be Good Growth
For the betterment of the ImageTrend community and for the world at large, we seek opportunities for good growth. By evaluating and knowing our inner strengths and those of our coworkers, we are better able to support each other and grow together. Through continuous learning and education, we improve ourselves so we are able to improve the world.
ImageTrend has seen its share of growth over the years. The company has been recognized year after year nationally, statewide and in the metro area as a fast growing, high performance company. ImageTrend sees growth differently than the usual sales-based measures of business performance. We instead speak of “good growth.” Good growth is growing for the sake of better serving the community. We grow because it is good for our employees, good for our customers and good for the markets we serve. As we grow, we ask ourselves: Is our growth good for the world at large?
Good growth must serve our customers’ needs. It is not about making another sale. It is about bringing our entire customer base forward, competing with ourselves to make our products better and make our customers’ lives better, helping them to achieve their financial and business goals. We seek to never take advantage of a customer for our financial gain and we believe that not everything we do has to make a profit.
Our growth cannot be mean-spirited towards our competitors. We need to treat our competition with respect and we need to recognize their contribution. Our goal is to collaborate and cooperate whenever possible and challenge them to make the world a better place.
Finally, good growth for ImageTrend is growth that leaves the world and the markets we serve better for our involvement. The Community of ImageTrend grows best when we add value at every level, when we get the best out of ourselves and give the best we can to the customers we serve.
