ImageTrend started in 1998 and we haven’t had down time since. We are constantly working on improving our products, catering to our niche markets and making our clients happy. Our teams are usually no larger than four to five people, which fosters trust, collaboration and accountability. Each and every one of us cares deeply about our community, our clients and our products and works hard to deliver our promises.

Where we work
Just 25 miles south of Minneapolis, we are occupying a 50,000 sq. ft. spacious building in Lakeville, MN. We take pride in our facilities and strive to provide comfort and amenities to our community. In our state-of-the-art kitchens you’ll find snacks and free fountain soda; lounge areas throughout the building serve as great team meeting spots and an open layout creates an inviting atmosphere for our visitors.
We believe that the magic of software happens when small teams of talented individuals work together with great passion and enthusiasm. To facilitate this, our office environment is as open as possible. Our “pod” workstations are designed for teams and product groups to work side-by-side – be it a summer intern or a Director of Development, we are all in this together.
Who we hire
We love our interns! We want our interns fully involved in the community – from coding software to playing softball; each intern is a valued part of our team.
From day one, our interns are placed on a team and assigned to a real project. We offer mentorship and internal education courses for productive and fun experiences. Many of our interns have joined us full-time and continue to contribute to our community!
