Each user will be able to configure their own HireTouch Dashboard. Widgets can be selected and arranged to suit each user's preferences. Some widgets include Recent Applicants, Viewed Applicants, Viewed Jobs, Recent Jobs, Applicants by Month, Tasks, Weather and Clock.

Administrators can set up status icons to show where an applicant is at in the hiring process. With a quick glance, you can see the status of every applicant and what needs to be done next. Statuses can also be set to send alerts to users if something needs to be looked at immediately.

Set up and track your specific workflow for each job requisition.

Choose from a variety of requisition workflows or configure your own workflow for each job requisition. Users can fill out a job requisition form or select a template that is sent directly to the designated person for job approval. The form can then be sent through a multi-step requisition process, keeping everyone updated of its status. Users can manually move the requisition through the process or set up the automatic workflow to effortlessly push it through the process. A response time limit can also be set, moving the job requisition form to the next person if the deadline is not met therefore, making the process run smoothly.

The Automated Correspondence feature streamlines communication between you and numerous applicants by automatically sending the appropriate emails to applicants throughout the process.
