Each user will be able to configure their own HireTouch Dashboard. Widgets can be selected and arranged to suit each user's preferences. Some widgets include Recent Applicants, Viewed Applicants, Viewed Jobs, Recent Jobs, Applicants by Month, Tasks, Weather and Clock.

Users can fill out a job requisition form or select a template that is sent directly to the designated person for job approval. A response time limit can also be set, moving the job requisition form to the next person if the deadline is not met therefore, making the process run smoothly.

HireTouch's multi-tiered access controls allow administrators to create multiple user groups with specific permissions assigned to them based on job responsibility. Individual users are then assigned permissions based on their group assignments. If an organization has multiple locations, group permissions could be set to specific locations. Managers can view, track and manage applicants who have applied for positions at their location(s).
When an applicant is hired, administrators and the new hire have multiple forms and other paperwork to fill out. This on-boarding paperwork can be completed online and attached to the applicant's file in the HireTouch system.
