Manage Your Medical Information

As a person with special medical needs (be it medication, allergies, treatments or durable medical equipment), ensuring that your information is available at all care facilities and during emergencies is no easy task.

This new Patient at Risk system allows you to store and manage your information online. Access to this information is under your control. During an emergency or when traveling if you need to share this information, merely provide a login to the medical personnel of your choice and they then have immediate access to all of your records ensuring proper treatment.

Information = Effective Response

Access to accurate and critical information is paramount to helping patients with special medical needs in any emergency. This system allows patients to provide local emergency agencies access to their vital information, ensuring emergency preparedness. Agencies and admitting hospitals will know exactly which patients in their area have special medical conditions, allergies, medications or durable equipment.

Safe & Secure Data

Patient at Risk is an online application that is under the control of the patient/parent. The patient assigns access rights to physicians, local EMS agencies, schools and caregivers as needed. ImageTrend also has 128-bit encryption Security Certificate.

Another Key to Emergency Preparedness

Emergencies provide a challenge for meeting the needs of all persons, including patients with special needs, elderly and children who may require additional support.

The Patient at Risk system allows patients to easily update and maintain their information, so that in any type of emergency all of the latest information is available for the attending personnel.

Emergency managers will also be better able to provide for these special medical needs for their area residents in their contingency plans through the support available with the Patient at Risk system.
