The ImageTrend Service Bridge is a comprehensive, centralized EMS run data management system used to accumulate, analyze and report on data. Depending on the needs of the client, this NEMSIS Gold compliant system can collect and manage data at a service or multi-service level. From the centralized Service Bridge console, authorized users can access all EMS related data for viewing, tracking, reporting and QA/QI functions. With the EMS Service Bridge, ambulance services are able to easily satisfy reporting requirements easily, process billing and improve operations without major investment and without learning complex new technology.
The reports available in the Service Bridge turn EMS data into valuable information that is quickly understood and can be used to justify resource funding requests, identify areas for training improvements, and manage staff, certifications and inventory. Optional Hospital View
One of the modules available for the EMS Service Bridge is a Web-based hospital view, which provides for online viewing of the EMS pre-hospital patient care report. The application can be accessed from any browser using the appropriate permissions, so that searching, viewing and data entry can be accomplished from any computer with Internet access, making the system available to all necessary persons from anywhere and at any time.
The security module ensures patient data privacy by allowing each hospital access to only those PCR’s of patients delivered to that facility.
Optional Membership Bridge
For departments that now provide or may begin a membership program, this optional module will allow departments to pre-populate run forms with patient data including demographics, medications, past medical history, allergies and next of kin information for pre-registered members of the public with the department. The Membership Bridge also tracks membership dues, payment history and expiration dates.
