With the Cornerstone Suite, you can choose from a variety of modules, creating the perfect solution for your school's needs.
School
Cornerstone School is one of the main modules of the Cornerstone Suite. This module helps you manage all student and household information, organize courses and schedules, manage assignments and grades, track attendance and much more.
Enterprise
The Enterprise module is perfect for school diocese or districts to keep track of all of their schools’ records in one centralized, easy-to-access database. Within one system, you can promote and standardize processes associated with report cards, discipline, attendance, reporting and class size for all of your schools. Also, track attendance, performance, demographics, traffics and enrollment numbers for all schools.
Classroom
Cornerstone’s Classroom module has been designed for the needs of teachers in the classroom. Teachers can input grades, manage assignments and take attendance from anywhere. The gradebook has everything on one page for quick viewing and editing and allows for in-line editing
Outcomes
Generate report cards and transcripts faster and more reliably by leveraging point-in-time, snapshot data with the Cornerstone Outcomes module. Report cards can be published, versioned and archived, allowing for quick access to historical grades. A new power tool makes authoring report cards easier than ever. Pick from one of the standard templates and customize it to match your school colors and logo.
Household
Student Contacts
Parents and students can access their information through the Cornerstone Household module. Students can view course information, grades and assignments, while parents can view account information and information about their child's progress. Events, announcements and news are updated on the parent’s and student’s home pages as well, keeping them informed of all school activities.
Cafeteria
The Cafeteria module allows schools to maintain meal plans, lunch accounts, lunch tracking, lunch menus, inventory and subsidized meal plans. When used with the Finance module, schools can collect point of sale data and other financial information.
Transportation
Coordinate student transportation and bus route information with the Transportation module. Easily document the license plate numbers of parents who drop off and pick up their children. Also, maintain parking permit numbers for staff and students.
Finance
Cornerstone’s Finance module provides an accounting tool to streamline the management of tuition and fees, allowing you to do more with your school management system. You can quickly generate invoices and statements, as well as view accounts receivable. Since Cornerstone is built on a centralized database, there is no duplicate entry of student and parent information for billing.
Communications
The Communications module supports interaction between parents and the school. Parents can subscribe to alerts via email, text message or phone call to be notified if their child is absent, the child's grade drops or reaches a specific percentage, and much more. A chat feature will also be available in a future release.
Schedule Builder
The Cornerstone Schedule Builder helps your process of building your school’s master schedule, offering a graphical interface that assists in creating your schedule with easy drag and drop tools. Its powerful schedule generator can also automatically create the best schedule for your needs, when supplemented with your constraint definitions.
Fundraising Profile
Alumni
Keep in contact with all of your school’s alumni with Cornerstone Alumni. Features like mail merge, broadcast emails and newsletters, combined with a quick alumni search capability, enable efficient and easy communication with alumni groups.
Fundraising
Cornerstone Fundraising helps coordinate your fundraising efforts. Alumni, community members and other contacts can be tagged to be a part of multiple groups, including activities, classes, sports and more. Campaigns can be set up to help you reach your goals and donations and pledges can be tracked and collected online to be assigned to specific campaigns.
Discovery
Cornerstone Discovery is an advanced analysis and reporting system that facilitates dynamic exploration of databases, transforming data to information to new insights. Census tract data, along with other external data sources, can be incorporated into Cornerstone Discovery for further knowledge discovery.
