Smooth Implementation
The overall success of your project will require a close working relationship between ImageTrend experts and the client team. ImageTrend is responsible for the success of the project and will maintain ongoing communications with the client to ensure complete project understanding, which will result in a successful implementation. Although every implementation varies, there are typically a few fundamental stages and milestones in the implementation process. Implementation timelines can vary, but turn-around time is usually extremely rapid.
Thorough Education
User-friendliness was a prime objective in the development of all ImageTrend applications, so the education process is simple and straight forward. ImageTrend works with our clients to ensure that all education courses are designed to address the client's specific needs. Typically, we use the "train the trainer" approach which allows clients to initially go live with the system and then educate others as time permits and as adoption occurs.
User education can be delivered on-site at your facilities or over the Internet via webinar, depending on your needs. Webinar training has been proven successful in delivering training in a cost-effective manner. They allow the ImageTrend staff to deliver training to clients from their desktops without the need for travel.
