The first priority of ImageTrend Support is to help every organization be successful with our products. With ImageTrend, your software stays fully functional with the changing technology environment, assuring quality performance.

ImageTrend will provide ongoing support for hosted applications and for applications installed on clients’ servers for as long as a support agreement is in place. This support includes continued attention to product performance, general maintenance, technical diagnosis and fixes of technology issues involving software and hosting hardware.

X-Team Support

The X-Team is ImageTrend's premium support service. In addition to our standard services, we offer optional after-hours and emergency support for our customers. If you are in need of support after business hours or during weekends for everything from application support to hardware and technical emergencies, our X-Team is there to help provide fixes and a guaranteed four-hour turn time on service calls placed to them when this level of support has been contracted.
