The X-Team is ImageTrend's premium support service. In addition to our standard services, we offer optional after-hours and emergency support for our customers. If you are in need of support after business hours or during weekends for everything from application support to hardware and technical emergencies, our X-Team is there to help provide fixes and a guaranteed four-hour turn time on service calls placed to them when this level of support has been contracted.
