From the North

ImageTrend is 25 miles south of downtown Minneapolis and the trip should take about 30 minutes in light traffic

  • Take I-35 South to County Road 70 Exit (3.5 miles south of Buck Hill ski area)
  • Proceed on County Road 70 East about 4/10 mile
  • Turn left onto Kensington Boulevard going north
  • Proceed 2/10th mile into the Fairfield Business Campus and turn left into the north end of the parking lot.

From the South

  • Take I-35 North to County Road 70 Exit
  • Proceed on County Road 70 East about 3/10 mile
  • Turn left onto Kensington Boulevard going north
  • Proceed 2/10th mile into the Fairfield Business Campus and turn left into the north end of the parking lot.

From the Mpls/St. Paul International Airport

ImageTrend is located 22 miles Southwest of the main airport and is less than 30 minutes travel by car. The business district around Fairfield Business Campus offers several hotels and motels within 10 minutes as well as restaurants.

  • Take the I-494 and Minnesota 5 West Exit out of Airport
  • Proceed on 1-494 West for about 4.5 miles
  • Take the I-35W South exit, exit number 5B, towards Albert Lea
  • Proceed South for about 14 miles
  • Take I-35 North to County Road 70 Exit
  • Proceed on County Road 70 East about 4/10 mile
  • Turn Left onto Kensington Boulevard going north
  • Proceed 2/10th mile into the Fairfield Business Campus and turn left into the north end of the parking lot.

From Rochester, Minnesota

ImageTrend is 65 Miles Northwest of Rochester, Minnesota and the trip will take about 70 minutes.

  • Take the Highway 52 North about 52 miles
  • Take Highway 50 exit at Hampton
  • Proceed west on 50 through Farmington into Lakeville
  • Proceed west, straight through the first and second 4 way stop
  • At the Fairfield Business Park, turn right onto Kenbridge Court
  • Proceed 2/10th mile into the Fairfield Business Campus and turn left into the north end of the parking lot.
