Customer Service Agreements
In Your Business, Downtime is Not an Option
Downtime can be the difference in making a profit on a project. Foley Equipment Company can provide a cost-effective solution with a… Customer Support Agreement (CSA).
A CSA is a flexible service contract – for one machine or an entire fleet – that is customized to fit your business and meet your maintenance needs. We offer a full range of support agreements from scheduled oil changes and other routine maintenance, to comprehensive service and repair plans for as long as you own the machine.
Customized to Meet Your Needs
CSAs can be set up for a flat cost per month or based on actual production hours. For example, equipment owners might opt for a simple maintenance program. Our technicians would handle all oil and filter service at specific intervals – such as 250, 500 and 1,000 hours. At the same time, each machine would receive a thorough inspection. Written reports noting any additional work that could be performed to ensure top performance of your equipment is also sent following the servicing.
Good For Your Business
A CSA is an opportunity for you to increase productivity and availability of your equipment while lowering your owning and operating costs. CSAs help you find equipment problems before they cause failure, leaving you with fewer repairs and less unscheduled downtime. Plus, you can customize your CSA so it maximizes your time and resources.
“Our expertise isn’t in working on these machines. We’re trying to keep our downtime down. If the machine’s down, we can’t make money.”
H.D. Mills Southwest Salvage l Wichita, KS
“For us, the benefits of the CSA is having the service performed onsite. Jeff comes out at night or on weekends to check out the machines so it doesn’t shut down production.”
Eldred Maresch Kansas Brick & Tile l Hoisington, KS
