Leverage Integration with EMS Field Bridge™

Family ReunificationNow emergency preparedness managers can leverage the wide availability of EMS Field Bridge for more complete and accurate data collection. The latest release of Resource Bridge™, EMS Service Bridge™ and State Bridge™ enable integration between emergency medical services and emergency preparedness records.

  • More available first responders equipped with patient tracking
  • Reduced data entry errors or redundancy of records
  • Cost savings compared to specialized hardware
  • Increased user proficiency and lower training costs

In the event of an emergency incident, the ImageTrend Patient Tracking system connects first responders, hospitals and the patients’ family members with critical and up-to-date information. Each patient is tracked from initial assessment to the hospital where they are being treated.

Patient Tracking is part of ImageTrend Resource Bridge, and easily integrates to include incident records documented with EMS Field Bridge. Systems with Resource Bridge and either EMS Service Bridge or State Bridge can enable the integration at no additional cost and be prepared for the next MCI or epidemic.

Available on Other Mobile Devices

Patient Tracking MobileThe Patient Tracking system is also available on a number of mobile devices, allowing you to:

  • Scan bar codes for fast and accurate data
  • Add photos for easy patient identification
  • Merge data on the web from the scanner

In the event of an emergency incident, the ImageTrend Patient Tracking system connects first responders, hospitals and the patients’ family members with critical and up-to-date information. Each patient is tracked from initial assessment to the hospital where they are being treated.

First responders and hospitals are able to effectively manage major incidents by including facilities, services and units involved. Knowing which hospitals are available for aid helps spread out patients to avoid overloading and insufficient care. The Patient Tracking system maintains organization during a time of crisis.
