Automate your email correspondence using customizable templates including thank you letters, invitations, offer letters and decline letters.

All the triggers available within HireTouch can be categorized, organized and implemented from one location. Mass emails can be sent to applicants, while still allowing for personalization of individual messages. This feature lets human resources departments concentrate more on human resources and less on busy administrative tasks.

Using HireTouch’s requisition workflows, you can choose to let the system automatically move the requisition through the process or can manually move the requisition on to the next step at any time. Status icons allow you to see progress at a glance, and response time limits can be set so that if someone doesn’t respond within a certain timeframe, the process will continue forward.

Standard and Enhanced Reporting

ImageTrend Report Writer allows you to create, display, store and share ad hoc reports that can be set up to generate on a time schedule or can be created manually at any time. There are multiple standard reports available, including Applicant Listing, Applicant Hires by Source, Time to Hire, Candidate Status, Source/Code Analysis, Job Overview and EEO.

Meeting and Interview Scheduling

Scheduling meetings and interviews with colleagues is easy with HireTouch. Scheduled appointments are configurable to automatically populate on colleagues’ Microsoft Outlook calendars.

Arrange Your Dashboard

The HireTouch Dashboard contains a variety of “widgets” mini-applications with convenient shortcuts and helpful information that can be displayed and arranged according to each user’s preferences. Widgets such as Recent Applicants, Viewed Applicants, Viewed Jobs, Recent Jobs, Applicants by Month, Tasks, Weather and Clock can help you quickly locate information and jump to useful pages or profiles within the system.

Security through Permission-only Access

Using HireTouch’s multi-tiered access controls, administrators can assign specific permissions to user groups and individuals. Permissions can be set for multiple locations; managers at any location can view, track and manage applicants who have applied for positions at their location.

EEO Reporting

Online EEO questionnaires can be presented and completed separate from the applicant’s file, ensuring that disclosed information is truly private and voluntary. HireTouch allows the EEO report to be generated as a summary without reviewing individual responses.

Audit Capabilities

HireTouch requires all users to have secure logins, allowing the system to provide audit trails and identify what has been accessed, when and by whom.
