ImageTrend will demonstrate how to easily navigate through all of the features of the State Bridge program. This course is designed to be an interactive, hands-on experience where attendees will learn:

• Setup for new services
• Customizing individual services
• Creating ad hoc reports using the Report Writer
• Maintaining user information
• Field Bridge program features and navigation
• ePCR data collection using Field Bridge
• Proper data reporting
