Webinar Description
Rural communities are facing rising healthcare needs—and the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) represents one of the most significant federal investments ever made to support them.
Administered by CMS, RHTP allocates $50 billion over five years to strengthen rural health systems, expand access, and modernize care delivery. A key part of that effort: leveraging technology to improve outcomes and community health.
Join ImageTrend for a practical breakdown of what RHTP is, how states can strategically use these funds, and where technology can play a transformative role. We’ll explore opportunities for EMS, hospitals, and community health partners, along with examples of how ImageTrend’s solutions support improved outcomes in rural communities.
