About the Presenter Tammy Mills

Tammy Mills joined ImageTrend in August 2021 after spending 14 years with the Mississippi State Fire Marshal’s Office. During her time there, Tammy received certification as a Fire and Emergency Services Instructor Level I-II-III, was the administrator for the statewide fire records management system, and wrote six successful Department of Homeland Security grants. Tammy’s extensive background also includes time spent volunteering with the Tri-Community Fire Department, was active in the Mississippi Association of Public Fire Safety Educators and the NFPA Fire & Life Safety Education Section Executive Board and spent time serving with Vision 20/20.

About the Presenter Dylan O’Connor

Dylan O’Connor joined ImageTrend in February 2023. Prior to working at ImageTrend, Dylan was a product user with 15 years of EMS and fire background having held various titles up to and including Battalion Chief and Flight Paramedic with further experience in Fire/EMS Instruction, Tech Rescue, TEMS Medic, and Emergency Management. He enjoys using his background and product knowledge to educate others on how to get the most out of their system while meeting changing standards and system needs with the field and end user in mind — all towards a goal of meaningful data collection resulting in data driven department decisions.
