He has also served as a paid-on-call member of the East Bethel, MN Fire Department, since 2005. As a Sales Engineer at ImageTrend, Troy leverages his deep understanding of customer needs and product value to deliver solution-focused software. With a strong customer-centric approach, he works to eliminate pain points and ensure each solution directly enhances the user experience.
