ImageTrend offers support agreements to all clients to provide ongoing support for hosted applications and for applications installed on clients’ servers. This support includes continued attention to product performance, general maintenance, technical diagnosis and fixes of technology issues involving software and hosting hardware. In addition, support agreements provide access to documentation and educational videos through ImageTrend University.
Support is available 24/7 at support.imagetrend.com and through ImageTrend University. In addition, phone support is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 – 5:00 CST.
The X-Team is ImageTrend's premium support service. In addition to our standard services, we offer optional after-hours and emergency support for our customers. If you are in need of support after business hours or during weekends for hosting, hardware and technical emergencies, our X-Team is there to help when this level of support has been contracted.
