EMS Turnover Explained

EMS clinician turnover is a persistent challenge, but its scope and drivers can vary widely depending on the agency. By analyzing data from over 20,000 clinicians, the study provides a clearer, standardized view of turnover and the characteristics associated with it. These insights can help agencies better understand their own workforce dynamics and identify more targeted strategies to support retention.
