Providers can dictate narratives, assessments, vitals, and procedures in plain language and watch as structured data populates automatically.

Whether it’s a driver’s license, a handwritten medication list, or even a blood bag label, AI Assist can extract and apply key information from virtually any document. During interfacility transports, scanning a face sheet can auto-fill fields like name, DOB, address, medications, and more, which dramatically improves data accuracy and reduces time to document. Providers can even snap a photo of a blood product and automatically log the expiration date, blood type, and unit number—avoiding critical errors and satisfying medical director requirements.

While AI handles the heavy lifting, the provider stays in charge. Every AI-suggested value can be reviewed and either applied or dismissed—nothing enters the report without your approval.
