3. Outcome Data Returned: Hospitals send back outcome data (diagnosis codes, discharge status, updated demographics, billing info) to your Elite site.
4. Data Integration: Outcome data is added to your repository for reporting and operational use. Original patient data is preserved; new outcome data is added to dedicated fields.
5. Actionable Insights: Outcome data is available in your Elite repository, supporting quality improvement, compliance, and revenue recovery efforts.
