Webinar Description

Scene time metrics tell you there’s a problem—but not why it happened. By implementing validation rules that require crews to document barriers and delays when scene times exceed thresholds, we’ve built a feedback loop that captures the clinical reality behind the numbers. This session details our approach to designing these rules, the resulting data on delay patterns stratified by specialty criteria (Stroke, STEMI, Trauma), and how these insights inform targeted interventions. Attendees will leave with a framework for using validation rules not just for compliance, but for meaningful operational intelligence.
