Webinar Description

NERIS is changing how fire agencies document and report incidents. Keeping data complete, accurate, and compliant requires specific review processes built around the NERIS dataset.

In this product tour, see how CQI for NERIS helps agencies streamline Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) by bringing NERIS-specific incident reviews into the Elite™ workflow. Learn how administrators can build review categories, create NERIS-focused quality rules, assign reviewers, and ensure critical data is captured consistently across the organization.

You’ll see how CQI for NERIS supports quality reviews, scoring, and follow-up workflows using the new NERIS dataset—so your team can identify issues earlier, improve data quality, and maintain confidence in every report.

Take this tour to learn how CQI for NERIS can help your agency:

  • Review and score fire incidents using NERIS data
  • Build NERIS-specific CQI categories, questions, and review workflows
  • Standardize quality reviews across teams and reviewers
  • Improve data accuracy and reporting consistency

Ensure your NERIS data is accurate, actionable, and ready to support reporting, compliance, and operational decision-making.
