Health Information Hub (HIH™) allows EMS ePCRs to be sent directly to the hospital, saving valuable time at hand-off, enabling seamless communication, and allowing the hospital to be prepared in advance. When used with Hospital Hub™, hospitals can even be alerted to incoming patients by EMS.
Additionally, this integration streamlines patient record matching and data entry, resulting in much fewer or no errors. Registrars can save hours in abstracting records and have more accurate data to report and base decisions on.

Carequality Treatment Query
Receive the most complete patient health information prior to patient arrival with access to Carequality’s national network of more than 600,000 care providers, 50,000 clinics, and 2,800 hospitals through HIH. When a hospital participates with Carequality, EMS crews will be able to receive this information in the field. The EMS crew can then search for a patient’s past medical history, allergies, and current medications, and can pull crucial data into the patient’s current care record.
